Service Description
Reach by Beamer is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users generate professional follow-up email content for sales. Our service provides:
- AI-powered email subject line and body generation
- Context-aware email customization based on user inputs
- Copy-to-clipboard functionality for easy email integration
- Usage tracking and subscription management
The service is provided "as-is" and is subject to availability. We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Account Registration
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Information
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Update your information to keep it current
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
Subscription and Billing
Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: 10 email generations each month, no credit card required, automatic monthly reset
- Paid Plan: $7/month (or currency equivalent) for 200 email generations per month
Payment Terms
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice
Auto-Renewal
- Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled
- You will be charged on the same day each month
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings
Failed Payments
- If payment fails, we will attempt to re-charge your payment method
- Your account may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days
- You are responsible for updating expired or invalid payment information
Usage Limits
Generation Limits
- Free Plan: 10 email generations per month
- Paid Plan: 200 email generations per month
- Unused generations do NOT roll over to the next month
- Usage resets on the same day each month (your billing date)
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that:
- Exceed reasonable usage patterns (e.g., automated bot activity)
- Abuse the service for purposes other than intended business communication
- Violate our Acceptable Use Policy (see below)
Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use our service for:
- Spam or harassment: Generating emails for unsolicited bulk messaging or harassment
- Illegal content: Creating content that violates any applicable laws
- Deceptive practices: Generating emails for fraud, phishing, or impersonation
- Hate speech: Creating content promoting violence, discrimination, or hate
- Malicious use: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our service
- Commercial resale: Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization
AI Content Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use
- We are not liable for the content of emails you send based on AI suggestions
- You should not use AI-generated content for sensitive legal, medical, or financial advice
Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Legal action if applicable
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
We own all rights to:
- The Reach platform and software
- Our brand name, logos, and trademarks
- The underlying AI models and algorithms (subject to third-party licenses)
- Documentation, tutorials, and marketing materials
Your Content
You retain ownership of:
- Your email generation inputs (prompts, context, contact information)
- Reach-generated email content produced by our service
By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process your inputs to generate email content
- Store your usage data for product improvement (anonymized and aggregated)
- Use feedback you provide to improve the service
Third-Party AI Models
Our service uses OpenAI's GPT models. Your use of AI-generated content is also subject to OpenAI's terms of use. We recommend reviewing their policies at https://openai.com/policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- Warranties that the service will meet your specific business needs
AI-generated content is probabilistic and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use in business communications.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Damage to professional reputation from AI-generated content
- Data loss or corruption
- Service downtime or interruptions
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
For free plan users, our liability is limited to $100 usd or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
- After cancellation, your account reverts to free plan (if generations remain)
Refund Policy
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription
- Pro-Rated Refunds: Not available after the 7-day window (standard SaaS practice)
- Refund Method: Refunds processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
No Refunds For
- Partial month usage (unused generations do not qualify for refunds)
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (use free plan to evaluate)
Modifications to Service and Terms
Service Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
- Update usage limits or subscription tiers
- Upgrade or downgrade our AI models
Terms Changes
We may update these Terms of Service:
- Material changes will be communicated via email
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription

You may terminate your account at any time by:

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- Payment fails and you do not update your payment method
- We detect fraudulent or abusive activity

Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

- No refunds are provided for early termination (except within 7-day window)
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments
