Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind Reach by Beamer and want you to feel confident when upgrading. If the product is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. This policy applies to every new subscription and renewal so long as the request is made within the 14-day window.

The goal is simple: try the full power of Reach without risk. If you are not getting the value you expected, let us know and we will make it right.

Who Qualifies for a Refund

  • Any paid Reach by Beamer subscription (currently the Pro plan) purchased directly from us.
  • Renewals that were processed in the last 14 calendar days.
  • Accounts that have not been suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Free tier usage does not require a refund because no payment was collected. If you are unsure which plan you are on, check the billing section in your dashboard or contact support.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund takes less than a minute:

  1. Email support@beamersoftware.com using the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email address tied to your Reach account and (optional) the reason you are canceling. Sharing context helps us improve, but it is not required.
  3. Send the request within 14 calendar days of the charge appearing on your statement.

Once we receive your email, our team will confirm the refund and cancel your subscription in the same email thread.

How We Process Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from us when the refund is initiated.
  • Stripe typically returns funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • If the original payment method is no longer active, let us know so we can explore alternatives.

Reach does not charge any additional fees for processing refunds. Your bank may take extra time to reflect the credit on your statement.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your paid features remain active until the refund is confirmed, unless you ask us to deactivate access sooner.
  • When the refund is processed, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan so you can keep exploring Reach at no cost.
  • You can upgrade again at any time if you decide the Pro plan is right for you in the future.
